Even if this video was back in 2017, three years later, it is still relevant to our situation.


The insight that I found most interesting from Paul’s video is when he emphasised that the number of views is no longer what matters the most. It can create brand awareness but the goal of every company now is to translate those views into sales and advocates. This is why it is important for marketers to create digital target KPIs that they want to attain using their digital presence and platforms. One would be through the use of “Snackable Content,” these are quick and straight to the point advertisements to instantly grab the attention of your market and convince them purchase or avail of the service offered.
